Year 2183. Humanity, having learned the secret of traveling faster than light, founded a colony in dozens of solar systems and is not going to stop there, intending to push the boundaries further and further their own possessions. However, people were not the only highly developed civilization millions of light years around. Willy-nilly, they have to live with other races and listen to the influential Council of the Citadel.

On the side of the latter was the so-called Spectra - elite special agent, endowed with enormous powers. Acting on behalf of the Council, spectra are free to use any means, and no one can disturb them. Many thought the spectra of the knights without fear and reproach - until then, until one of them, Saren, not started the war in order to seize power over the world. And the villain will stop just one person ...

In the role of the brave Captain Shepard player go surf the cosmos aboard the prototype of "Normandy", hoping to find the elusive Sarena and save civilization from catastrophe. Character will visit many worlds, to enter the abandoned research stations and find out a lot of new things about the past of our galaxy. On the way to the goal Shepard waits a few enemies, but allies are always ready to lend a helping hand to the captain!

Game features:
- Many of the inhabitants of Mass Effect can find a pair of words for Shepard. Communicate with other characters, and you will not only learn more about the game world, but you can get a lot of exciting assignments and additional assignments.
- Mastering new skills, turn to Shepard indomitable universal soldier! Learn how to treat with radiation and energy weapons, solve intricate computer codes, use-biotics abilities - no one can resist you!
- Due to the flexible combat system, you can fight the enemies and to manage subordinates in real time. A pause will make a breather in the midst of battle and careful planning of further actions of the detachment.
- Great graphics make you believe what is happening on the screen: flexible Azar and menacing krogany, militant turiantsy and resembling amphibian salariantsy come alive thanks to the latest graphics technology and the talent of artists.
